Instructions For Use

FOR USE ON FARMS, Organic Molasses acts as an aid to increase palatability in rations, whilst reducing feed dust. This product is ideal for any organic livestock as an aid to improving dry matter intakes, and reducing feed waste, without the displacement of home-grown forages and feeds. It is NOT formulated for adlib feeding as animals may tend to consume more product than is necessary.

The product is best used in a TMR or home mixes. It will serve to improve the sugars in the ration, while enhancing the palatability of mixed rations. It may be used for dairy, beef, sheep, pigs, horses and poultry.

Excellent when added to calf rations, improving the appearance, palatability, and feed value of rations for young stock. Inclusion rates in home mixed rations will depend on the desired consistency.
Recommended rates when mixed with cereals and compounds are 4-7% of the total ration (by volume) to be mixed. It may be adjusted to a rate of 7-10% when used for calf and horse feeds, where a more moist end product is desired. It will help to eliminate feed fines and dust, creating a healthier feed stuff and environment for livestock and farmer.

The product is designed to flow freely in most mixers and auger systems with little or no build-up, and flows freely in a wide temperature range. It will encourage livestock to clean up feeds so there is less waste.

Caution

DO NOT feed to energy starved animals.
Ensure plenty of clean, fresh water, access to unlimited forage and a source of quality major minerals (loose or block).
